We are looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team in Trivandrum, reporting to a corporate recruiter based out of Trivandrum. In this role, you will drive the recruiting process from end to end, working closely with our hiring managers to develop strategies to find top-performing candidates—and to deliver a best-in-class candidates experience—by providing genuine insight into our culture and what it’s really like to work here.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent in a multi-site organization
  • Partner with managers to forecast and develop plans for key staffing initiatives
  • Manage a full-cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within multiple business units
  • Create and implement employment marketing strategies to attract passive job seekers
  • Work with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria
  • Develop strong relationships and partner with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR
  • Work closely with hiring managers to maximize the effectiveness of the recruiting process
  • Track and report key metrics designed to measure and predict staffing activity and use Jobvite as ATS
  • Regularly follow up with hiring managers and candidates to ensure timeliness of the recruitment process
  • Actively participate in all staffing-related activities and engage in cross-functional projects
  • Develop and implement a search strategy that includes vendor selection process and performance metrics for all searches

What you’ll bring:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, and team-based project experience
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment
  • A clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle processes and ATS preferably Jobvite
  • Experience in mapping and sourcing resumes from all sources
  • Strong vendor management skills related to recruitment activities, such as search firms and job boards
  • Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and in-depth knowledge of data mining and internet research
  • Experience in general HR functions is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree is required
