We are looking for a Senior Business Strategy and Pricing Manager to join our Global Products team, reporting to the senior director of Pricing and Licensing. In this role, you will be an individual contributor responsible for supporting Infoblox’s pricing and packaging strategy and the monetization project pipeline. You will also collaborate closely with key stakeholders across the organization to shape critical long-term and near-term pricing and packaging strategies. This is an excellent opportunity to work with seasoned leadership and a talented team and be involved with transformational monetization projects that make a direct impact on the continued growth of the Product organization.

What you’ll do:    
  • Dive into product, customer, competitor, and financial research and transform findings into actionable pricing and packaging recommendations aligned with customer value and pricing strategy
  • Translate complex data into clear insights for diverse audiences through conjoint modeling, survey building, and transaction analysis to lead to strategic formulation and execution
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Product, Marketing, Finance, and Sales to identify revenue opportunities and implement change while balancing market growth opportunities
  • Present critical packaging and pricing recommendations that resonate with our customers and drive topline and bottom-line growth
  • Own project management and change management within the Go-To-Market (GTM) team to drive change in cross-functional set up
  • Concisely present recommendations to senior leaders and team members
What you’ll bring:      
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in SaaS strategy and operations, with deep experience in B2B product monetization and B2B SaaS networking and security domains
  • Mature understanding of pricing frameworks and hands-on experience in design and implementation of at least 5-6 pricing and packaging initiatives with demonstrated success
  • Excellent experience in conjoint modeling, survey building using tools like Qualtrics, transaction analysis, customer interviews, and pricing operations. CPQ and Oracle Fusion is a plus
  • Ability to drive decisions using data while transforming it to be digestible to all
  • Self–starter attitude and the initiative to take ideas from inception to implementation
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or mathematics required; MBA preferred

After six months, you will…    
  • Understand Infoblox’s product suite and the strategic goals of monetization and packaging transformations
After about a year, you will…    
  • Own at least 2-3 individual pricing and packaging projects
  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to ensure the organization is aligned with the overall pricing strategy
