We are looking for a Manager, Renewals Sales to join our APJ team located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, reporting to the Senior Director of Renewals Sales. In this role, you will lead a team of Renewals Sales representatives who are responsible for the sale and closure of all maintenance and subscription renewals. In this critical leadership position, you will manage a team of Renewals Sales Representatives and drive them to meet or exceed quarterly and annual maintenance and subscription renewal targets.       
You are the ideal candidate if you are a strategic thinker who is skilled at motivating a team and collaborating within your team and various departments. You meet deadlines, operate independently, and most importantly, achieve your goals.      
What you’ll do:       
  • Manage a group of Renewals Sales representatives and be responsible for their performance
  • Coordinate and initiate cross-functional meetings
  • Ensure process adherence, process documentation, and training
  • Oversee and execute training and coaching opportunities
  • Identify system/process improvement and drive those plans to completion
  • Drive operational efficiencies/outlier management
  • Partner with Renewals management in potential decision making
  • Engage with Products/IT/Business Analytics with enhancements
  • Handle customer escalations and prepare root cause analysis

  • Basic understanding of Infoblox products and services
  • Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent team and people management skills
  • Ability to remain calm in stressful situations
  • Exceptional skills in adapting to situations in a dynamic working environment
  • Experience working with global customers, including both U.S. and international
  • Exceptional collaboration, social, and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to complete tasks on time
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to prioritize quickly
  • Proficiency in English
