MPS Software Specialist
Description
Impact is hiring a MPS Software Specialist for our Nationally ranked Best and Brightest Workplace!
MPS Software Specialists will provide Print Management Software installation and support for MPS customers. The MPS Software Specialist will drive client satisfaction by delivering informative and successful implementation of data collection agents (DCAs).
Responsibilities
- Support sales and service teams by providing technical information and recommendations supporting all Impact Networking data collection agents (DCAs).
- Act as primary resource on Print Management Software installations (FM Audit, Kyocera Fleet Services, Konica vCare, Ricoh @Remote, HP SDS, HP Partner Link, Etc.)
- Participate in development and implementation of Impact Networking Connectivity Readiness Program.
- Install DCAs for new accounts and maintain existing DCA accounts.
- Provide escalated support for DCAs and provide real time assistance for internal departments with any DCA inquiries.
- Develop new or improved workflows for all DCAs and test/develop new DCAs.
Things We Are Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good understand of Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work on projects assigned
- Ability to coordinate projects for additional teams
- Ability to identify obstacles and make rapid adjustments to maintain project plans.
- Strong work ethic with a focus on the Client Experience
