Impact is hiring a Marketing Consultant for our Nationally ranked Best and Brightest workplace! 

The main responsibilities of a Marketing Consultant will be to act as the subject matter expert for our sales teams as it pertains to Impact’s Marketing Services. This will be done by evaluating prospective clients with discovery, analysis, and ultimately recommendations of strategic marketing solutions. These solutions will leverage Impact’s Managed Marketing Services to address the core challenges and objectives that are uniquely identified for each customer.

Managed Marketing Services with Impact


  • Conduct prospective client meetings virtual and in-person meetings.
  • The ability to discuss Impact’s Managed Marketing Solutions by explaining the benefits and capabilities of our team, tools, procedures, and staff.
  • Convert Discovery introduction meetings into paid Business Transformation Assessments (BTA). 
  • Educate prospects on the value of Impact’s Managed Marketing Services. 
  • Conduct the in-person Business Transformation Assessment validation and proposal meetings with support from the dedicated sales team along with our in-house team of marketing experts.
  • Educate prospects on the value Impact brings for their current business needs, as well as their long-term needs.
  • Gain alignment from the prospect and successfully close deals
  • Hand off all post sales engagement to the internal Managed Marketing Teams
  • Manage prospective client pipeline using Impact’s CRM, Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
  • Stay current with Marketing solutions and can demonstrate our solutions to prospective clients at a high level  
  • Own sales pipeline and associated quota. This includes hunting for new business and farming within current client base.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers that further develop our company’s positive reputation through exceptional customer service.  

Things We Are Looking For

  • Proven success in marketing or business development roles
  • 3+ years of sales experience specific marketing is preferred
  • Experience coming up with broad-spectrum marketing strategies and proposals for businesses
  • Small to medium-sized business marketing strategies are a plus
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills – both written and verbal
  • High level understanding of the marketing industry landscape and how these solutions work together
