Hudson Pacific Properties (NYSE: HPP) seeks a Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee planning, design, scheduling, budgeting, contract administration and management for various projects in our Northern California portfolio.  These projects will include large scale building renovations, restaurant and retail projects, capital improvements, tenant improvements and repair and maintenance of existing properties.  This position will manage these projects from start to completion, with full budgetary and schedule responsibility.

What You'll Do: 

This position will establish, coordinate and direct project team to achieve objectives. Communication with property managers, leasing managers, tenants, and executives is essential. Strong analytical skills to create, update, and analyze detailed budget and cash flow reports are required. Other responsibilities include development of work scopes, bidding, contract negotiations, permitting, project close-out documentation and consulting on pending lease deals.   

What You'll Need:

Bachelor’s Degree or higher preferred in architecture, engineering, construction management or some related field.  LEED Certification preferred.  Minimum seven years progressive work experience in commercial construction, project management and/or facilities management, with demonstrated prior experience in commercial tenant improvement construction projects with project budgets of at least $250K or more. Must be adept in using MS Project and Excel. Expertise on creative spaces for tech, media or entertainment clients desired.
