Advertising Copywriter III
Description
- Consults with appropriate personnel to obtain product and/or service information; discusses style and length of advertising copy.
- Obtains additional background and current development information through research and interview.
- Reviews advertising trends, consumer surveys, and other data regarding marketing of specific and related goods and services to formulate presentation approach.
- Collaborates with appropriate stakeholders and personnel to review creative strategies, develop concepts, and provide creative lead on proposed projects.
- Writes and prints preliminary copy draft in established format to meet specified deadlines.
- Reviews copy with appropriate teams and executives to ensure adherence to strategic focus and tone.
- Presents copy to appropriate personnel for approval; negotiates changes and corrects and revises copy until approved.
- Writes articles, collateral, direct mail materials, speeches, online copy, and other related informative and promotional materials to meet program objectives.
- Participates in the development of marketing initiatives and branding strategies, implementing approved campaign messaging in marketing collateral
- Participates in building consensus among key stakeholders with regard to marketing initiatives, copy and collateral.
- Participates in the development of key, high-visibility marketing collateral, such as journal ads, brochures, press releases, and brand guides.
- Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been demonstrated/achieved.
- Minimum three (3) years of marketing experience.
- Business-to-business marketing experience preferred.
- Experience in medical, clinical or healthcare industries preferred.
Pay Range: $30.00 to $40.00/hr
