Essential Functions:
  •  Retrieves, processes, and fulfills website E-Cart orders and Glidewell Direct customer orders; verifies order details for accuracy.§ Creates and updates sales orders in internal systems, including processing change-orders notifications and validating customer and product information.
  •  Review sales order queues, prioritize order request based on priority of importance/department guidelines, generates picking tickets and ensures timely processing.
  •  Performs detailed research on questionable orders; communicates any discrepancies to management.
  •  Reviews and audits picked orders to ensure accuracy against customer order and department guidelines.
  •  Monitors backorder report and coordinates with appropriate departments to fulfill backorders.
  •  Weighs, measures, packs, and labels orders ensure orders are accurately and securely packed, meets postage requirements, and ready for carrier pickup.
  •  Prepares shipment by printing and verifying shipping labels, verifying order accuracy, attaching labels to corresponding orders, and entering required notes into shipping carrier platforms in accordance with company, carrier, and regulated requirements.
  •  Troubleshoots and readdresses undeliverable packages, verifying and updating incomplete or incorrect shipping details.
  •  Prepares documentation for international shipments, communicates shipment schedules with import/export team, receives shipment instructions, affixes required documentation, and ensures timely carrier picks up.
  •  Coordinates shipping and fulfillment of glidewell.io systems in alignment with installation schedule and monitors mill pickups.
  •  Monitors, tracks, verifies, and updates inventory in appropriate systems; identifies and reports discrepancies to management.
  •  Supports inventory management, including routine counts, updates, audits, and assigned projects.
  •  Adheres to pre-established procedures for distribution, complaint handling, recalls, incident reporting, serious risk of injury to human health, handling, storage, delivery, and corrective actions.
  •  Serves as medical device establishment representative; ensures facility operations comply with applicable Canadian Medical Devices Regulations.
  •  Coordinates complaints handling and other post market activities with Prismatik personnel.
  •  Inspects and verifies imported devices are properly licensed and labeled.
  •  Maintain facility organization and equipment in safe, operational condition; operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other tools according to safety protocols.
  •  Performs routine visual inspection of the facility and reports damage, pest, or facility concerns to management.
  •  Maintains constant communication with Corporate to ensure an efficient workflow without interruptions, alignment, and up-to-date information is relayed.
  • Coordinates and performs a range of department support activities and serves as a liaison with other departments and teams.
  • Unloads, inspects, and verifies incoming materials and goods inventory according to company and department standards.
  • Moves pallets, packages, and bulk materials to designated areas; prepares outbound shipments including labeling, weighing, and securing materials.
  •  Prepares pallet for outbound shipments, including proper and secure packaging, and ensuring accurate weight, dimensions, and labeling for carrier pickup.
  •  Performs other related duties and projects as directed by management.
Education and Experience:
  •  High School Diploma or equivalent.
  •  Minimum three (3) years of order processing and fulfillment, logistics, shipping, or relevant experience.
  •  Minimum one (1) year of warehouse experience.
  •  Experience handling shipments outside of Canada, a plus.
