POSITION SUMMARY:
The Inspection Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the Inspection team in running the day-to-day operations for the Inspections department. The Inspection Coordinator is to make sure all the parts that are required to progress a project are done on time, keeping quality and safety in mind at all times.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage & track project deliverables and timelines as well as communicate with customers to keep them fully informed
- Works with Managers to prepare and update progress schedules
- Monitor and assist in the daily production of the office and employees
- Monitor the progress of all accounts associated with the assigned department
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns
- Coordinate with departments daily
- Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Graduate or GED
- 1 year of solar experience preferred
- 2+ years of administrative experience
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Must be proficient at multitasking and competent in project management
- Excellent organizational skills required
- Excellent telephone skills required
- Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other computer applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
- Excellent customer Inspection skills required
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Must have outstanding follow-through
- Must have a valid state driver’s license and a clean driving record
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND ABILITIES
- Regularly spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers
- Regularly move from sitting to standing positions effortlessly
- Regularly spend long hours in intense concentration reviewing and entering financial information into a computer
- Regularly use hands and fingers to handle, control or feel objects
- Regularly see details of objects that are less than a few feet away
- Regularly speak clearly so listeners can understand
- Regularly understand the speech of another person
- Frequently work on projects that require deadlines
- Frequently bend to file and maintain files
- Occasionally lift 5-10 pounds
