Quality & Estimate Specialist
Description
- Review electrical escalations
- Define a point of interconnection for PV and battery installations.
- Coordinate with various departments for project resolutions.
- Understand company and department goals and KPIs. Ensure workstreams are aligned.
- Provide feedback to management and other departments regarding processes, tools, and best practices
- With minimal oversight, utilize knowledgebases and other tools to perform project coordination functions while always looking for areas to improve
- Perform other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Solar preferred
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in electrical or general construction preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience of solar design
- Must be proficient at multitasking
- Must possess high attention to detail
- Possess strong organizational skills and capable of making decisions without constant supervision
- Ability to read and interpret job orders as well as understand solar specifications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adaptability to changes
- Excellent organizational skills required
- Possess above average working knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite; experience in operational CRM and ERP systems is a plus
- Regularly spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers
- Regularly move from sitting to standing positions effortlessly
- Regularly use hands and fingers to handle, control or feel objects
- Regularly see details of objects that are less than a few feet away
- Regularly speak clearly so listeners can understand
- Regularly understand the speech of another person
- Frequently work in on projects that require deadlines
- Occasionally lift 5-15 pounds
