What Makes a FirstCash Application System Analyst:
We are seeking a skilled Application Analyst to join our team.  The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years of experience working with various accounting and HR applications like NetSuite, Reconnect, UKG and a strong understanding of their functionalities. As an applications analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the cloud-based platform and its maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation. You will collaborate with the IT teams and other stakeholders to ensure optimal system performance, security, and availability. The ideal candidate should have strong application support, a troubleshooting background, and excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
 Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day tasks, including user access, roles, permissions, and customization of forms, fields, workflows, and reports.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into application solutions.
  • Configure and customize modules such as Financials, CRM, Inventory Management, and Order Management to align with business processes.
  • Perform regular system maintenance, upgrades, and enhancements to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users, resolving issues promptly.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, training materials, and best practices guides for application users.
  • Stay current with application updates, new features, and industry best practices, and recommend improvements to maximize system efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1+ years of experience working with NetSuite, Reconnet, and UGK, including administration, configuration, and customization.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
