Facility Repair Coordinator

This position is responsible for processes incoming repair requests from initial dispatch to completion.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Process incoming repair requests and regularly monitors progress until completion is verified.
- Review and process submitted proposals through necessary approval levels.
- Communicate with vendors to resolve disputed charges.
- Communicate need for necessary repairs to landlords as provided for in the lease.
- Seek reimbursement of costs for repairs from landlords or minor insurance claims.
Span of Control
- Has no direct or indirect reports
- General supervision with instructions given for routine work and detailed instructions for new tasks or special assignments.
- Work is reviewed regularly.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED with 0-4 years related experience.
- Highly detail oriented, ability to multi-task
- Bilingual – Fluency in English and Spanish
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook and Excel
- Basic knowledge and use of Service Channel
