What You’ll Be Doing
 
Reporting directly to an Australia-based Internal Sales Team Leader, you will contribute to the efficiency of daily sales operations across multiple product groups. Your responsibilities will include:
 
  • End-to-End Sales Support: Processing quotations, sales orders, and customer purchase orders accurately within SAP.
  • Tender Management: Holding full ownership of bid and tender portal activities, including monitoring for new RFQs and maintaining a centralized register.
  • Customer Engagement: Conducting outbound pre-qualification for new web leads and providing internal sales support for Tyre Protection Chains.
  • Workflow Coordination: Coordinating with Production, Planning, and Purchasing to ensure dispatch dates align with lead times and stock availability.
  • Documentation & Improvement: Developing and maintaining work instructions and process documentation to drive continual improvement.
 
What You’ll Bring
 
  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in internal sales or sales administration.
  • Technical Savvy: Proven experience using ERP systems (preferably SAP) and CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
  • Administrative Excellence: Strong attention to detail with experience developing and maintaining process documentation.
  • Interpersonal Skills: A client-service mindset with the ability to build positive relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Operational Skills: Strong planning, organization, and multitasking abilities to manage high-volume inbox and portal activities.
 
Bonus Points For:
 
  • Certificate III in Business Administration.
  • Proficiency with Phocas reporting systems.
  • Prior experience in engineering, conveyors, or heavy vehicle hoist sectors.
