We are seeking an experienced and driven outgoing and seasoned Medical Reviewer to join our Legal Team reporting to the Head of International Compliance. This crucial role in ensuring compliance and medical accuracy across our promotional materials. As a key member of our compliance department, you will serve as the final medical signatory for product lines while providing expert guidance on regulatory requirements and industry codes of practice.

Essential duties and responsibilities where you'll make the biggest impact…
- Ensure Compliance Leadership: Review, approve, and certify the compliance of all marketing materials for prescription medicines and medical devices, ensuring alignment with local regulations and Codes of Practice. Serve as a key liaison with regulatory authorities to maintain smooth and transparent communication.
- Master the Regulatory Landscape: Cultivate deep expertise in local codes and the Medical Devices Code(s) of Practice through continuous internal and external training, staying ahead of regulatory developments.
- Be a Strategic Advisor: Develop comprehensive knowledge of Aesthetic Medicine and Evolus medicines and devices. Provide the cross-functional team with timely, actionable, and up-to-date guidance that informs the creation of compliant, competitive, and differentiated materials, activities, and services.
- Proactively Guide the Team: Offer expert advice, both proactively and reactively, on the nuances of applicable regulations, industry Codes of Practice, and company policies, helping the team navigate complex compliance requirements.
- Empower Through Training: Collaborate with the Compliance Department to deliver engaging, regular internal training on the EFPIA, Farmaindustria, and Medical Devices Code(s) of Practice, ensuring the team is well-versed in industry standards.
- Lead in Risk Management: Spearhead the preparation of responses to complaints, whether from internal dialogue or external authorities, ensuring effective and compliant communication.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Maintain a comprehensive Risk Register and lead both routine and targeted internal audits. Collaborate with the Compliance team and other stakeholders to implement CAPA (Corrective & Preventative Actions) and mitigate potential risks.
- Uphold Operational Excellence: Ensure strict adherence to company standard operating procedures, maintaining organized and accurate training records and administrative documentation, reinforcing a culture of compliance and operational integrity.
- This is a Remote position covering Spain, offering flexibility and autonomy.
- Part-time position (3–4 days per week), ideal for professionals seeking balance while making a meaningful impact.
- Travel up to 10% may be required, with potential flexibility depending on your location.

Qualifications and Skills You’ll Bring to the Team…
- At least 5 years of experience as a Final Signatory, demonstrating a strong track record in ensuring compliance and quality standards.
- Qualified professional with a background as a Registered Medical Practitioner, Pharmacist, or Scientist.
- Strong collaborator and influencer, with excellent problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional teamworking abilities.
- Demonstrates sound judgment and effective decision-making, even in uncertain or ambiguous situations.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to work autonomously while driving results.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and other relevant tools.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish, enabling seamless communication across diverse teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications…
- Experience in Aesthetic Medicine is a plus, though not a requirement—your diverse expertise is valued.
