MS Project Server/Project Online Trainer (Guru)
EPMA is searching for an exceptional PPM trainer. We are looking to increase our workforce of skilled, amazing trainers for our Project and Portfolio Management (PPM) team. We are seeking intelligent, initiative-taking, and purposeful collaborators who are ready to make an impact with our Microsoft Project and SharePoint customers.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this position will have extensive experience delivering training for Microsoft Project Server (preferably Project Server 2013/Project Online) and the associated business processes.
In addition to delivering online and onsite training, the selected candidate will also perform the following duties:
- Create blog posts containing relevant software tips and tricks
- Create short video software tutorials for our Marketing/Sales teams
- Respond to student/attendee questions via email and chat
- Create webinars for presenting to prospective clients/students, Microsoft, and industry organizations
- Participate in client calls to assess the learning needs of students
To be considered for this position, candidates must possess the following:
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Ability to take initiative in completing projects without supervision
- Demonstrated ability to generate innovative ideas for communicating with students/prospective clients through blogs, videos, and more.
