Licensed Clinical Social Worker - LCSW 

Location: William Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAMC), Fort Bliss, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (No nights, weekends, or on-call)
Type: Full-Time Civilian Position supporting the U.S. Military

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you’ll provide evidence-based mental health care in a mission-oriented environment where your work has meaningful impact and your schedule is predictable.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans.
  • Provide individual, group, couples, and family counseling.
  • Deliver crisis intervention and case management support.
  • Coordinate referrals and collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams.
  • Document clinical care per DoD and facility standards in MHS GENESIS/AHLTA.
  • Participate in peer reviews, staff consultations, and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program.
  • Current, unrestricted LCSW license in any U.S. state or territory.
  • Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience (within last 3 years).
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.
  • U.S. citizenship or federal work authorization required.
