Location: William Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAMC), Fort Bliss, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (No nights, weekends, or on-call)

Join a dedicated Behavioral Health team serving active-duty service members, veterans, and their families. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you’ll provide evidence-based mental health care in a mission-oriented environment where your work has meaningful impact and your schedule is predictable.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Provide individual, group, couples, and family counseling.
- Deliver crisis intervention and case management support.
- Coordinate referrals and collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams.
- Document clinical care per DoD and facility standards in MHS GENESIS/AHLTA.
- Participate in peer reviews, staff consultations, and quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from a CSWE-accredited program.
- Current, unrestricted LCSW license in any U.S. state or territory.
- Minimum 2 years of recent clinical experience (within last 3 years).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association.
- U.S. citizenship or federal work authorization required.
