What You’ll Do
- Safely prepare and administer medications and treatments under licensed nurse supervision
- Support residents with daily care needs including hygiene, dressing, mobility, and nutritional monitoring
- Document vital signs, medication administration, and care activities accurately
- Participate in treatment planning, staff training, and emergency response drills
- Collect and label specimens, observe for changes in condition, and report concerns promptly
- Create a safe, respectful, and hazard-free living environment for residents
Qualifications
- Certified Medication Technician (CMT) through a KY state-approved program
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to meet facility onboarding and compliance requirements
