Job Overview
Seeking experienced Nurse Practitioners to support soldier readiness operations at Fort Bliss. Provide comprehensive primary care services ensuring military personnel are medically cleared for worldwide deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments for deploying/redeploying soldiers
- Review Deployment Health Assessments and medical documentation
- Provide primary care diagnosis and treatment
- Process 4-6 patients per hour efficiently
- Coordinate follow-up care and medical referrals
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in MHS Genesis
Qualifications Required
- Degree: Master's in Nursing from ACEN or CCNE-accredited program
- Certification: ANCC or AANP Nurse Practitioner certification
- License: Current, unrestricted RN and NP license (any U.S. state)
- Certifications: Current BLS, NPI number
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in primary care (family practice, internal medicine, general medicine) within last 2 years
- Citizenship: Must be U.S. Citizen

- Soldier Readiness Processing Center - Fort Bliss, Texas
- Fast-paced, mission-critical healthcare setting
- Collaborative team environment with physicians and support staff
- Monday-Friday schedule with flexibility based on mission needs
