This role at Enphase requires working onsite 3 days a week, with plans to transition back to a full 5 day in office schedule over time.
 
About the Role
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support our Program Management Office (PMO) and New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives. This role is critical to driving data-informed decisions across product lifecycle stages, from concept to launch. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, quality, and product teams to ensure data integrity, visibility, and actionable insights that accelerate innovation and operational excellence.

What you will be doing

  • Analyze and interpret complex datasets related to product development, configuration management, and lifecycle performance
  • Develop dashboards and reports using Excel, Incorta, and other visualization tools to support PMO and NPI decision-making
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data gaps, streamline workflows, and improve reporting accuracy
  • Automate repetitive reporting tasks using Excel VBA, Python, or other scripting tools
Who you are and What you bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in a product development or manufacturing environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, dashboards, formulas) and Power BI
  • Programming skills such as Python, SQL, or R for data manipulation and automation
  • Strong understanding of New Product Introduction (NPI) processes and product lifecycle management
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
  • Certification in Data Analytics, Six Sigma, or related fields is a plus
