About the role:
Enphase has multiple high-volume manufacturing and test setups globally and is expanding the footprint in the USA. You will support these manufacturing test setups and ensure they meet the highest reliability and quality standards in the industry. You will work closely with all production sites to monitor, maintain, and improve test hardware and software. You will also work with the NPI and design teams to successfully introduce new products into production. 
 
The job consists of understanding, supporting, and improving the test hardware, and software deployed at Enphase’s production facility. Enphase’s products often carry a relatively long warranty in the field; therefore, our manufacturing process and test must support the quality required. This often results in unique product features, disciplined manufacturing processes, and rigorous testing.
 
What you will do:  
Maintain, debug, and support the production facilities where the test systems are deployed.
Work with geographically dispersed teams consisting of Electronics Hardware Engineers, Software Engineers, and Engineering Technicians. 
Coordinate with the NPI, Manufacturing and Quality teams at contract manufacturing sites.
Developing and documenting test system processes and maintenance routines, including calibration, replacement schedule, repeatability test, etc.
Ensure test system performance, quality and availability.
Drive closed-loop response to factory failures by identifying test and process gaps and opportunities.
 
Who you are and what you bring: 
Associates Degree in Electrical or Electronics, or other suitable educational background or work experience. 
2+ years of experience in an electrical/electronic manufacturing test environment. PCBA testing knowledge (ICT, FT) preferred.
Experience with lab equipment. (DMM, scopes, power meters)
Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
Database experience is a plus (SQL or similar)
Experience supporting Yield Improvement projects. 
Experience improving Manufacturing Test Processes.
Experience in monitoring and maintaining Test Systems in a High-Volume Manufacturing Environment.
Failure Analysis Techniques.
This position will support factory operations on the 3rd shift. (12 a.m. to 8 a.m.)
 
The base pay range for this position is $23 to $34 an hour. This salary range may be modified in the future. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, education or training, work location, and market conditions.
