About the role
The Senior Engineer, Embedded Test will be responsible for developing the testcases for product level requirements and automating the tests using Python
What you will be doing
  • Embedded firmware testing/ Product level testing
  • Good understanding of protocols like UART, I2C, SPI, CAN, Zigbee
  • Testcase development and testcase management (Test life cycle management)
  • Test case automation using Python programming 
  • Preparing and executing automated tests
  • Automating test equipment such as oscilloscopes, grid simulators, solar array simulators, precision power meters, etc.
  • Debugging software and hardware problems 
  • Exposure on change management and testcase management tools like Jira and JAMA
Who you are and what you bring
  • 2 to 4 years related experience and a BE/ Master's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience
  • Embedded Firmware testing
  • An understanding of test methodologies 
  • An understanding of basic electrical engineering concepts, including circuit theory and power systems 
  • Good written and verbal communication
