Your day-to-day at Egnyte:

  • Making personnel, technical and strategic decisions within the teams you manage,
  • Collaborating with your teams to develop and realize their technical vision,
  • Aligning your teams’ roadmaps with Egnyte’s main objectives,
  • Supporting your team members and facilitating their professional development.

About you:

  • 2+ years of experience in an engineering management role within an IT company (ideally, you also have some experience in a technical role),
  • Understanding of DevOps principles and software development processes,
  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure and DevOps tooling (our teams work with Kubernetes, Terraform, Puppet, GCP),
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g. Jira),
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills,
  • Solid English skills to communicate effectively.

What we can offer you:
