Our Partnership team enables Egnyte to expand our market reach and drive strategic revenue through technology partnerships and marketplace integrations. This team focuses on building and optimizing partner relationships that strengthen our ecosystem presence and accelerate mutual business outcomes with key strategic partners.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Develop and manage strategic relationships with Pax8 partners to drive adoption, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Build and execute joint business plans focused on pipeline development and customer expansion.
  • Align with internal teams (Sales, Product, Marketing, Enablement) to ensure consistent partner support and execution.
  • Lead regular business reviews, track performance, and provide insights using partner scorecards and reporting tools.
  • Support partner readiness through training, enablement resources, and ongoing communication.
  • Coordinate co-marketing activities and partner programs to strengthen joint outcomes.
  • Reports to the Head of Partnerships.
  • Travel up to 30% for partner meetings, onsite visits, and industry events.

 

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in partner management, channel sales, or business development within SaaS or technology.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across a matrixed environment.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with experience driving revenue through partner ecosystems.
  • Metrics-driven approach with strong forecasting and business planning skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work in a remote or hybrid environment with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.

 

Preferred:

  • Experience working with Pax8 or similar distributors.
  • Background supporting MSPs, cloud storage, cybersecurity, or related technology areas.
  • Experience using Salesforce and partner ecosystem tools.

COMPENSATION:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic locations and pay varies based on defined markets. The standard base pay range for this position across the U.S. is annually. Pay varies by work location and may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge, and/or experience. During the interview and/or hiring process, your recruiter can share more information about the compensation package specific to the role and job location.
