JOB DESCRIPTION
Egnyte is looking for a detail-oriented self-starter ready to make their mark on a growing corporate events team. You will support various types of B2B events, from tradeshows and virtual summits to roadshows, dinners, and more. Your events will engage Egnyte customers and attract new prospective customers at a global scale. You will be responsible for researching, executing, and all of the logistics from concept to execution. The ideal candidate has a creative mindset and loves working with a variety of people in different roles. You are professional, reliable, and personable. This role will report to the Director of Global Events and partner closely with our Event Agency as well as Brand, Field Marketing, Sales, and other internal teams within Egnyte. The ideal candidate will be based in Draper, UT or Raleigh, NC, but we will consider remote locations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Manage pre-, during-, and post-event activities
- Support the coordination, logistics and implementation of physical, virtual and hybrid events
- Serve as the primary liaison with other marketing team members and vendors to ensure all logistics are clearly communicated and documented
- Research global events and work with key stakeholders to confirm their needs are met
- Manage event calendar to coordinate event needs
- Work closely with the Director of Global Events to solidify all event details, including but not limited to, exhibitor service orders, messaging, booth design, demos, collateral, booth staff schedule, promotions running, targets, etc.
- Prepare event guides and provide comprehensive instruction and training to event staff and other personnel.
- Manage event shipping logistics, company gifting platform, and swag vendors
- Provide detailed reporting on the success of the event
- Collaborate with cross-functional event teams across the marketing organization
- Coordinate with the social media manager for event postings on social media
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
- 3-5 years of experience with event management, preferably in a B2B environment
- Intimate knowledge of tradeshow logistics, from drayage to union labor
- Strong verbal and communication skills
- Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional attention to detail – strong project management skills and follow-through is a must
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and/or Google Workspace
- Experience working with Salesforce.com, Marketo, Outreach.io, Tableau, Asana, and event management platforms a plus
- Must be willing to travel
COMPENSATION:
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across multiple U.S. geographic locations, and pay varies based on defined markets. The standard base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $63.5k - $102.9k annually. Pay varies by work location and may also be dependent on job-related skills, knowledge, and/or experience. During the interview and/or hiring process, your recruiter can share more information about the compensation package specific to the role and job location.
