Join our team as a General Manager in our Technology Services line of business.
The General Manager (GM) is the top leader of a book of business in a given geographic region. The GM is primarily responsible for sales pipeline generation, sales bookings, and market share growth.  The GM is also responsible for a small team of in-market field engineers, working closely in conjunction with our leaders of our centralized IT service delivery team.
 
Job description:
  • Lead a team of up to 12 direct reports – a mix of Technical Account Managers and Field Engineers.
  • Develop a culture of accountability for the team.
  • Attract and retain A-players who can generate new business, and maintain/grow existing business.
  • Increase market share.
  • Partner with Sales leaders on Copy/Print side of the DEX business.
  • Identify new logo opportunities.
  • Drive client net revenue retention and client satisfaction for clients.
  • Coordinate with shared/centralized service delivery leaders, and manage a limited set of regional in-market service delivery resources to meet client needs.
  • Ensure Sales and Service Delivery resources and skilled, trained, and developed.
  • Own the attainment of revenue/profitability goals for the assigned geographic region.
  • Instill a high-performance, metrics-driven culture in the geographic team.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree Required.  Master’s Degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in technology services businesses (IT, Cybersecurity consultancies or MSPs/MSSPs)
  • Entrepreneurial spirit. DEX Technology Services is a new line of business and creative, can-do attitude is critical.
