You should be enthusiastic and excited by complex projects and sharpening your design skills. You will be the creative engine of our teams and our projects, developing a quality and unified design. You will be called upon to support architectural design work in partnership with talented designers, engineers, and business professionals across our 17 offices. Our creative process engages our high-profile clients and our project teams in achieving highly integrated and successful design solutions.

We expect you can bring: 

  • Excellent design skills 
  • Strong technical ability 
  • Highly developed skills in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite 
  • A devotion for sustainable design  

You’ll love this role if you: 

  • Have at least 3 to 4 years’ of completed course work in an Architectural undergraduate program 
  • If you are a whiz at Revit, AutoCAD, and Sketchup  
  • Can solve complex technical problems 
  • Have excellent oral and written communication skills 
  • Contribute to team meetings 
  • Like learning about every phase of the project 
  • Are a creative thinker

The majority of the time a person in this role will be sitting in an office with limited physical requirements. This may require individuals to bend, stretch, twist and reach. On occasion individuals will be required to visit a client site to perform site verifications and field surveys.

Compensation
The expected salary range for this position $14.00/hr to $21.00/hr and, is based on the location/s posted. If you are a candidate living outside of (this region/these regions), we still encourage you to apply as salary ranges may differ across states/cities/job markets. 

Actual pay will be determined based on your years of experience, licensure status, location, level of proficiency, and other job-related factors (as permitted by law). The position is also eligible for an annual performance bonus.
