About the Role:

The BS team is responsible to drive system solutions & services that are architected for growth, efficiency and scale, and delivered to earn customer love. Some of the key responsibilities role are Administration, Configuration management and troubleshooting finance applications, supporting a global user base.

What You Will Do:

• Administration, Configuration management and troubleshooting finance applications, supporting a global user base.
• Manage and support the day-to-day administration of the NetSuite, Coupa and other related finance applications.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot finance system issues to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations, perform regular data audits, including monitoring and resolving system integration issues.
• Develop, test, release and support  system initiatives arising from procure-to-pay or record-to-report cycle.
• Support the Finance department in month-end close ensuring a smooth and error free process
• Maintain clear and detailed documentation on new features, enhancements, configuration and customizations.

What You Will Bring:

• Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience with Finance systems (NetSuite, Coupa, or similar)  configurations, customizations, integrations, end-user support, improvements, etc.
• 2-3 years of experience supporting finance users from a systems perspective
• Technical proficiency in Netsuite administration, including configuration, customization, and scripting. Familiarity with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder is a plus. Knowledge of integrations is also beneficial.
• Strong understanding of financial processes covering key process areas like order to cash, procure to payment, record to report
• Experience supporting SOX requirements, internal controls as well as working with internal auditors
• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• Demonstrated ability to implement new processes and/or systems.
• Capable of navigating through complex and/or ambiguous situations.
• NetSuite Administrator Certification preferred
