Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Manager to join our team at Concordia Group. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process, ensuring we attract top talent to meet our growing business needs. This position is crucial in maintaining our high standards of quality and service as we expand our operations across the Midwestern and Central States.
 
Pay Range:  $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 a year
 
Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position

Responsibilities  
  • Develop and implement Recruiting strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods including social media, networking, and job boards to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit for the organization.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information in HRIS/ATS systems.
  • Provide training and support for employee orientation processes.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Develop and monitor overall Recruiting strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
  • Nurture a positive working recruiting and onboarding environment
  • Assures compliance with federal & state laws

 

Skills  
  • Experience Managing Recruiters and Coordinators
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Proven experience in human resources or talent acquisition roles, preferably within the telecommunications, construction or industrial industries.
  • Strong interviewing skills with the ability to assess candidates effectively.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and recruitment/ATS software such as ADP and Jobvite or other similar systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with social media management for recruitment purposes is beneficial
  • If you are bilingual this is a plus
