As a Shop Manager/Service Advisor/Fleet Coordinator at Surus Group, your leadership skills will be instrumental in overseeing the efficient operation of our vehicle fleet while delivering top-notch customer service. In this multifaceted role, you will manage the maintenance and service needs of our company's vehicles, optimize fleet utilization, and provide crucial support to both drivers and internal/external customers.
Pay Range: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 a year
Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position

Responsibilities:
- Answer customer questions about service outcomes and consult with technicians when necessary
- Order and pick up car parts
- Managerial Responsibility
- Oversee and manage the service center’s scheduling and workflow
- Prepare paperwork for titles
- Initiate the search for new equipment (drill rigs, bobcats, etc.)
- Inform customers of changes in service or when their vehicle is ready for pickup
- Ensure the organization and productivity of the service business through work order and register transactions, thorough vehicle inspections, and knowledge of service and replacement parts
- Uphold Customer Care standards to meet and exceed their expectations
- Collaborate with customers to ensure we meet and address all vehicle maintenance needs
- Write repair orders for customers with full transparency of cost and time estimates
- Provide exceptional and timely communication, keeping customers updated throughout the process
- Communicate frequently with mechanics and parts department to ensure the timely completion of work
- Exhibit a positive attitude and strong work ethic with customers and co-workers
Qualifications:
- Experience as a service advisor
- Car part knowledge
- Customer service experience
- Valid Driver's License
- Strong team player
