Pay Range: $29.00 - $30.00 per hour
Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position

Antenna & Line Cell Tower Foreman (Crew Chief)
- Responsible for managing a crew from (1) to (4) individual field staff members
- Position requires the following qualities: Mentor, Trainer/teacher, Enabler & Developer
- Responsible for all construction activities on the site from materials to staff to tools and day to day job functions and task fulfillment
- Develop & Implement and Report on a daily basis The Construction Daily Plan for your crew back to the home office
- Develop & Implement and Report on a daily basis The Project Materials List for your crew back to the home office and request additional materials on a daily basis (if need be)
- Develop & Implement the JHA (Job Hazard Assessment) and 5-minute daily tailgate meetings for your crew
- Responsible for the safety of your crew and for making sure safety is always
- Learn new technologies and become part of our growing team of professional staff who are striving to continue their professional and technical personal career development
Requirements
- Authorized Climber Certification
- Anritsu Sweep Certified
- Commscope Connector Tool Certified
- NSN or Ericsson PTID and Certifications
- Minimum 3 years experience as a foreman in telecom
- Valid Drivers License
- Willing to relocate to Illinois
