Position Overview:
As the Director of Fiber and OSP, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our fiber optic and Outside Plant (OSP) networks. This leadership position requires a forward-thinking individual who can drive growth, maintain network quality, and lead a talented team.

Key Responsibilities:
Network Expansion: Develop and implement strategies for expanding our fiber optic and OSP networks.
Quality Assurance: Ensure network reliability and performance through proactive maintenance and monitoring.
Budget Management: Oversee budget allocation for Fiber and OSP operations, optimizing resources.
Vendor Relationships: Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to support network expansion.
Optimize the existing OSP infrastructure to support a positive customer experience.
Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure compliance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
8+ years of telecom experience with a focus on fiber optics and OSP.
Proven leadership in telecommunications.
Strong knowledge of fiber optic network design, installation, and maintenance.
Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
