Position Summary:

 

The Ecommerce Operations Coordinator will execute key support functions across Conair LLC North America websites and across the various Business Divisions including Cuisinart, Waring Commercial Products, Conair, Scunci, and BaBylissPRO. This role handles and/or coordinates operational support for the Conair eCommerce websites. It plays a vital role in Product Enrichment, Category and Catalog Management, troubleshooting bugs pertaining to the user experience, and supporting website connections and integrations. This role will also support new functionality, ongoing break-fixes, and End-to-end QA testing initiatives.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Bridging and troubleshooting Customer, Order, and Product objects across various platforms including PIM, SFCC, CRM, and SAP.
  • Handle routine escalations, troubleshoot problematic orders, and replicate user experiences for development groups.
  • Employ complex problem-solving techniques, supporting all business units in delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Collaborate with different teams to run engaging sales promotions including sales events, promos, and coupons.
  • Modify and upload products across multiple websites and channels, working closely with project managers to ensure product categorization and features are correct.
  • Support QA practice for improved site experience, identifying bugs and enhancements, and working collaboratively with internal QA team and external partners to implement changes.
  • Demonstrate a solutions-oriented approach in triaging issues and supporting end-to-end testing during regular code releases, working closely with cross-functional teams to swiftly resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with different teams to support execution of sales and marketing campaigns including digital sales events, landing pages, promotions, and coupons, enhancing customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Manage requests including Catalog updates, data feed aggregation, and sales tax calculation discrepancies.
  • Working with payment gateways, Order Management Systems, CRM systems, and Carrier rate tables.

 

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Education, Merchandising, or Communications preferred.
  • 2-3 years of proven experience managing operations requests pertaining to Ecommerce websites and platforms.
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of website front-end optimization and back-end systems.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of project lifecycle and ongoing task management.
  • Ability to articulate complex ideas, comprehend written and verbal communications, and possess excellent presentation skills.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams, embodying a solutions-oriented mindset that fosters effective teamwork, communication, and problem resolution.
  • Proficiency in modern technology stack; Microsoft 365, Atlassian Products, Adobe Creative Suite, Salesforce Commerce Cloud (or similar), and Adobe Workfront.
  • Proficiency in Search Engine Optimization and Accessibility best practices preferred.
