Position Summary:

Cuisinart, a brand leader known for innovation in home kitchens products is searching for a team member to join our growing consumer insights and research practice. If you have a passion for consumer products, the insights behind the research and can contribute to guiding both product development and business decision making with your contributions, this is the opportunity for you. This position will play a critical role in supporting both the electrics and non-electrics businesses with market intelligence and uncovering consumer insights by using both qualitative and quantitative data. By providing guidance to these divisions through critical consumer insights and research data analysis, you will play a crucial role in helping to continue to grow our business.


  • Be the analyst for syndicated data feeds from NPD for the electrics and non-electric categories
  • Educate marketing on best practices and application of market research
  • Track relevant consumer trends and share out to the division
  • Manage home field testing and research
  • Track relevant trends to support upcoming product launches
  • Experience with multiple insights and syndicated data platforms
  • Leverage strong storytelling skills to develop impactful reporting and output to various departments and ultimately drive action across our non-electric categories.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or Communications
  • Experience in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and techniques.
  • Experience in NPD or similar syndicated data platforms (Nielsen, IRI, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Proven ability to interpret data, tell a story, and provide actionable insights
  • Experience with Social Listening tools (e.g. Brandwatch)
  • Experience with Online Survey Tools (e.g. SurveyMonkey)
  • Intermediate level of understanding of data visualization tools (Tableau, Domo, etc.)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Tools (e.g. Word, Powerpoint, Excel)

Environmental Factors:

  • Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
  • Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to travel domestically and internationally for business (% if needed)
  • Must be Covid-19 vaccinated.
  • We currently operate on a hybrid schedule; candidate must be willing to come into the office 50% of time.
