Position Summary:

Lead/Support the configuration and development of the SAP middleware linking our various SAP systems

Responsibilities:

• Part of the SAP Functional Analyst Team
• Lead/support the configuration, mapping, and development of the SAP middleware:
  • Provide support for the integration of our SAP ECC and SAP IBP systems via CPI-DS
  • Provide support for development and implementation of any new process flows related to changes in business requirements and use of IBP
  • Provide support for integration of our SAP ECC and SAP SNC systems via BTP (previously CPI)
  • Provide support for integration of our SAP ECC and SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) which includes Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
  • Provide support for integration of our SAP ECC and Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) for our Web sites
  • Provide support for integration of our SAP ECC and CFDI Invoice & Payment process in Mexico with PAC and Government
  • Help in support of existing and development of new data feeds to our Dashboarding system DOMO
  • Work in partnership with other IT personnel to implement BI functionality related to interfaces with our on-prem SAP BW system and SAP BW4HANA Cloud based system
  • Job holder is responsible for testing interfaces and working with end-users on validation of data
  • Job holder works collaboratively with other IT team members to meet job responsibilities.
• Reports to the CRM Project Manager who manages the on-prem CRM system as well as the Cloud based C4C system and CPI middleware

Essential Qualifications:

Applicant should have 5 plus years’ experience with the above referenced systems which includes SAP BTP/CPI and SAP CPI-DS

Environmental Factors:

• Working conditions are normal for an office environment.
• Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
• Must be able to use a computer keyboard and view a monitor for extended periods of time
• Must be able to travel domestically and internationally for business (% if needed)
• Must be Covid-19 vaccinated.
• We currently operate on a hybrid schedule; candidate must be willing to come into the office 50% of time.
