Job description

RIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Coordinate with shippers, bonded warehouses, truckers and all other functional means as required
  • Interact with customers; provide shipment status, ;handle customer complaints and concerns
  • Resolve issues respective to customer inquiries, data input and general customer service related to tracking & tracing
  • Amazon_Customer Service/Internal Sales: Provide quotes, follow up with shipping documents, update shipment status, assisting customs clearance
  • Arrange long-haulage and Amazon trucking shipment to make sure accurate pickup/delivery appointment
  • Book AC space and make paperwork (CI/PL and MAWB etc.)
  • Track incoming ocean cargo and domestic shipments
  • Upload POs and SOs on the WMS and freight forwarding system and send invoices to customers
  • Request AP team for various COD payments of duties, taxes, and transportation of imported goods and bonds to cover duty goods
 
QUALIFICATIONS & RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
  • Education: International forwarding or Transportation diploma/degree
  • Experience: +1 years in forwarding or trucking coordination
  • MS Excel proficiency necessary
  • Meet strict deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in international freight forwarding coordination and documentation is MUST (Ocean or Air)
  • Ability to persuade and influence others
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude and ambitious
  • Speaking Korean, Vietnamese or Chinese is a plus, but not must
