Role Overview

Chartis is looking for top quality Epic Patient Access experts with current certification(s) and 3 or more years of Epic analyst experience. This consultant will support Epic implementation, optimization, and maintenance projects for Chartis’ clients by performing system build, designing workflows, assessing system configuration, and creating documentation. Positions are available all over the United States based on client needs. Contracts will have various start dates and durations. Experience as a Team Lead is strongly desired.

Responsibilities

l          Epic Patient Access application (Cadence, Prelude, Referrals, RTE) system build.

l          Knowledge in ticket scheduling, online scheduling and template optimization.

l          Serve as application expert and go-to resource for IT/application related solutions.

l          Patient Access assessment and best practice review.

l          Operational process improvement.

l          Effectively translate operational requirements into Epic system build

l          Maintenance of documentation and procedures as needed.

l          Implementation, optimization, and maintenance projects.

l          Design thorough qualitative and quantitative analyses.

l          Demonstrate understanding of client organizational issues and individual client sensitivities.

l          Contribute to client presentations/meetings where relevant; project confidence and communicate clearly.

l          Craft client-ready communications that are well written and clearly highlight key messages.

l          Serve as a role model and mentor to customer analysts.

l          Give timely feedback, when necessary, to advance individual and team learning to strengthen project deliverables.

l          Some travel may be required.

Qualifications and Desired Skills

l          Must be certified in Epic Patient Access applications (Cadence, Prelude, MyChart, RTE and/or Referrals) and have extensive experience building out, testing, and implementing those applications.

l          3+ years Epic analyst experience

l          Full-cycle Epic implementation experience preferred.

l          Background in process improvement or assessing IT/operational effectiveness preferred.

 

Salary range: $120,000-$148,000, plus may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications, practice area, and other business and organizational needs.
