Job: Business Systems Manager, full-time      
      
Salary: $70k-$80k      
      
Title and salary varies within salary range based on years of relevant experience.

The firm is seeking a self-motivated, reliable, friendly, and detail-oriented individual to join our very supportive and positive team working in concert with our Western US regional team. This role manages the regional team’s business systems and processes, including Qualtrics, Remark, NetSuite, Monday.com, and Navan.

We are looking for a dedicated professional who can:      
  • Lead in the management and data entry for NetSuite
  • Collaborate with the SVP Strategy and Operations on the management and data entry of Monday.com
  • Collaborate with the client onboarding team in pre-campaign planning study and development assessment/audit services:
    • Create all study questionnaires and e-surveys in Qualtrics
    • Create all in-pew surveys in Remark
    • Manage team’s subscription to Calendly
    • Communicate effectively with clients and staff, especially related to e-survey and Calendly troubleshooting
    • Assist client-facing staff members in data analysis and reporting (as needed)
    • Upload and maintain study and assessment data for firm-wide compliance
  • Provide first review for client invoices, with a focus on reimbursable expenses
  • Provide review and approval for director expenses
  • Provide review and approval for director timecard submissions
  • Manages project startup protocols, including project briefings
  • Manages project closeout protocols, including NetSuite process, project debriefings, director biography update request, and other relevant director requests
We are looking for a person with the following attributes:      
  • Strong MS Excel skills required (pivot tables, VLOOKUPS, etc.)
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook (PC format)
  • Experience in one or more ERQ/CRM systems (NetSuite preferred)
  • Experience in Qualtrics and Remark, and Monday.com a plus
  • Exceptional analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and proofreading
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong time management skills
  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively within normal time constraints
  • Ability to successfully lead and manage projects from inception to conclusion

Candidate must be located within the Western US and be willing to travel to internal meetings once a quarter within the region.
