Key Responsibilities  
We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a DEIB Coordinator. This role is instrumental in advancing our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of DEIB principles and practices, along with the ability to develop and implement initiatives that promote a culture of belonging and respect for all employees.  
  • Assist in the implementation of DEIB initiatives and programs aimed at fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace environment.
  • Schedule stay interviews, and other DEIB related calls and meetings.
  • Support the coordination of DEIB training sessions, workshops, and events for employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Help collect and analyze data related to diversity metrics, employee demographics, and engagement surveys to identify areas for improvement.
  • Creation and distribution of communication materials, including newsletters, emails, and internal announcements, to raise awareness of DEIB initiatives.
  • Conduct research on best practices and emerging trends in DEIB, contributing to the continuous improvement of DEIB initiatives and programs.
  • Assist with the coordination of community outreach and partnership initiatives aimed at promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion externally.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the EVP of DEIB or DEIB team members.
  • This is a hybrid role, required in-office presence two days per week, with additional in-office days as needed
  
Qualifications:  
  • 2-3 years of experience in a DEI-related role, with a strong understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion principles and best practices.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence participants at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to drive decision-making and measure the effectiveness of DEI initiatives.
  • Experience with project management, including the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary Range:$60,000-$70,000   
Exact salary varies within salary range based on years of relevant experience and education.
