Join Team CARFAX as a Social Media Content Strategist
- Produce engaging organic content across all Carfax social media accounts with a strong focus on TikTok, Meta, and Snapchat
- Engage Gen Z and Millennials with Carfax content focused on first-time car owners/buyers
- Grow unaided awareness of both Carfax and our consumer lifecycle
- Drive app downloads and account creations
- Develop communication plans for organic social
- Develop and manage an editorial calendar across platforms
- Understand how to navigate algorithms
- Cultivate relationships with industry influencers
- Monitor, nurture, and engage across Carfax platforms
- Work closely with customer support to escalate customer service issues
- Oversight and reporting on social engagement growth across platforms
What we’re looking for:
- 4+ years of experience in a social media-heavy position, with priority on TikTok/Snapchat for a brand or individual
- Examples of previous engagement tactics and approaches required
- Expertise with social media platform know-how, especially TikTok and Snapchat
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field preferred
- Metric-driven mindset (engagement, growth, ROI)
- Experience using a media monitoring tool like Sprout Social
