Product Manager - Dealer Platform Products
Description
What you’ll be doing:
- Own and maintain the platform roadmap and backlog, aligning platform investments with product, operational, and business priorities
- Partner with engineering to evaluate technical constraints, drive platform trade-offs, and prioritize improvements that enhance scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Translate user, operational, and business needs into clear, actionable platform requirements
- Contribute to SaaS platform management capabilities that enable:
- Secure system configuration
- Access and permissions management
- Day-to-day platform management at scale
- Represent the needs of internal platform users, including operations, marketing, customer success, and product teams
- 5+ years of product management experience with at least 2 years owning a B2B data product — customer data platform, data activation platform, marketing data infrastructure or similar
- Demonstrated experience writing technical stories and acceptance criteria that data engineering and marketing operations teams can execute without rewriting
- Comfort reading API documentation, reviewing data models and writing SQL to self-serve analytical questions
- Analyze B2B user behavior cross existing products and drop-off points; transform intelligence into actionable product tactics and features Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate on MVP solutions
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with a bias toward action and customer focused innovation.
- You thrive on challenges and work proactively rather than reactively.
- Highly collaborative with excellent communication skills - able to manage stakeholders up, down, and sideways.
- Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills; willingness to get into the details and drive clarity from ambiguity.
- Proven ability to push forward on multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience building B2B audience targeting or data monetization products — where data itself is the value proposition delivered to business customers
- Experience designing integrations between CRM and marketing automation platforms including data flow architecture, field mapping and trigger logic
- Experience in automotive, marketplace or two-sided platform environments
