Job Description

As a technical trainer for the AtScale Education Services team, you will be responsible for creating and delivering high-value education content through a variety of delivery venues. You will be seen as a subject matter expert with AtScale products and data integration concepts and will excel in transferring knowledge to AtScale customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.


Technical Trainers will be responsible for developing/maintaining/delivering education content.  Daily and weekly activities include:

  • Design, develop, and deliver AtScale training courses to customers and partners
  • Assist in supporting and maintaining lab environments, user ID’s, as well as troubleshooting technical issues with education services infrastructure
  • Deliver course material in a web-based virtual settings
  • Deliver product demonstrations, and technical labs as part of the teaching curriculum
  • Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining content for the AtScale Learning Management System
  • Keep product skills current with new products and releases in support of Education Services responsibilities

Required Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 4-year degree in computer science, management information systems, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience with technical content training development and delivery with multiple delivery methods including instructor-led, web-based, and e-learning
  • Experience with data warehouse, dimensional modeling, and data integration concepts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding presentation and customer service skills
  • Strong ability to work well in a remote team environment
  • High energy personality that is also poised and confident with a high degree of professionalism
  • Capable of delivering results in a high and dynamic start-up environment
  • High level of attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership
  • Experience with non-relational platforms and tools for large scale, and cloud based data management is a plus
  • Must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time
