Description

AtScale is actively seeking a dynamic and seasoned Senior Product Marketer to spearhead the launch, positioning, and expansion of our Semantic Layer product features in the market. As a pivotal member of our product team, you'll engage in close collaboration across functions – including product management, sales, and marketing – to craft and implement strategic product marketing initiatives. Your efforts will resonate with our target audience and contribute significantly to our business successes.

 
Primary Responsibilities:

 
Product Positioning and Messaging: 
  • Lead the strategic direction of product marketing at AtScale, fostering collaboration across teams to develop clear and compelling product positioning and messaging. 
  • Own the creation of distinct product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that differentiate our solutions in the market. 
  • Utilize insights from customer, partner, and competitive research to inform product strategy and refine messaging strategies for maximum impact. 
  • Guide marketing and content teams in crafting audience-specific content, such as case studies, solution briefs, blogs, and presentations, to support sales and marketing efforts. 
  • Support goal-setting and tracking through key performance indicators (KPIs) for product marketing initiatives. 
  • Analyze data and leverage analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, refine strategies, and drive continuous improvement. 
  • Establish a robust customer reference and communications program to showcase success stories and drive customer advocacy. 
  • Develop and execute a strategic analyst relations plan to engage with key industry analyst firms and enhance market credibility. 
  • Equip the sales team with the necessary tools and resources, including sales presentations, battle cards, and training materials, to effectively sell AtScale products. 

Go-To-Market Strategy:
 
  • Collaborate closely with product management to define comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product releases and updates. 
  • Provide strategic input on product roadmap, strategy, and pricing based on thorough research findings and competitive insights. 
  • Ensure seamless execution of go-to-market plans across teams, fostering a collaborative environment to drive success.

     
Market Knowledge: 
  • Deep dive into market trends, customer requirements, and competitive landscape to identify market opportunities and customer demand. 
  • Cultivate relationships with thought leaders, influencers, and key partners to amplify market awareness and gather valuable insights. 
  • Gather competitive intelligence and develop materials to effectively differentiate our offerings both internally and externally. 
 
Qualifications: 
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in product marketing and related marketing functions in the software industry, preferably within enterprise data, analytics, SaaS, or AI businesses. Experience in a B2B startup environment is a plus. 
  • Proven track record in building and executing data-driven product marketing plans. 
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. 
  • Outstanding written communication skills with the ability to work as part of a small, hands-on team. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credibility and deliver results. 
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to translate complex technology concepts into clear, intuitive communications. 
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, passion for continuous learning, and data-driven decision-making. 
  • You are adaptable and don’t mind working in an ever-changing environment.

Compensation:
 
The cash compensation above includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under AtScale’s bonus plan for eligible roles. In addition to cash compensation, some AtScale roles are eligible for equity compensation. Individual compensation packages are based on different factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications and other job-related reasons.
