Description

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Demand Generation Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will play a critical role in developing and executing all US region marketing automation campaigns and segmentation strategies in Marketo and establish nurture and lead scoring to support the qualification of targeted MQLs. Determine and measure relevant KPIs, and track marketing campaign attribution in Sales Force.com
 
Primary Duties: 
  • Implement and optimize lead qualification processes including lead scoring within Salesforce.com CRM.
  • Help support the creation of marketing automated lead nurturing campaigns to engage prospects and drive them through the marketing and sales funnel.
  • Analyze lead conversion metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing and external agency teams to ensure seamless alignment in lead management processes, lead handoff, and to gather feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.
  • Continuously review and optimize lead management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness, aiming to enhance lead-to-customer conversion rates.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com CRM or similar tools to track and measure campaign performance at every stage of the funnel.
  • Analyze campaign metrics to identify and make recommendations on effective channels and tactics.
  • Provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns and improve overall marketing ROI.
  • Provide input to help create interactive dashboards within Salesforce or other tools to visualize key metrics and track campaign performance in real-time.
  • Possess Adobe Marketo Expert certification and be able to leverage its full capabilities for campaign creation and automation, lead nurturing, and reporting.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com CRM to manage leads, track marketing efforts, and gain valuable customer insights.
  • Collaborate with marketing operations to ensure seamless integration of marketing automation tools.
  • Stay up to date on industry best practices and emerging trends in marketing automation.
  • Develop a lead distribution strategy that assigns qualified leads to the appropriate sales representatives based on territory or franchise.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in MarketingDigital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing lead management, with a focus on marketing automation using Marketo and Adobe Experience Cloud, and Salesforce.com required
  • Master Marketo Certification preferred
 
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing high-performing marketing automation campaigns. 
  • Clear understanding of the customer journey and how to demonstrate marketing attribution in opportunities and conversions. 
  • Adobe Certified Marketo Expert with extensive knowledge of Salesforce.com CRM, and lead management best practices. 
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation tools and their capabilities. 
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and implement optimizations for campaign improvement. 
  • Experience with lead scoring, nurturing methodologies, and conversion rate optimization techniques. 
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across different teams.
