The Channel Sales Operations Analyst plays a critical role in enabling scalable, predictable, and data‑driven growth across the channel ecosystem. This role supports the day‑to‑day and strategic operations of channel sales by delivering insights, optimizing processes, managing partner-related data, and supporting cross-functional initiatives that drive revenue performance. The ideal candidate is analytical, highly organized, and comfortable working across sales, channel, finance, and operations teams in a fast‑moving environment.
Reporting to the Director of Global Channel Operations, you will support Barracuda’s channel business, both internally and externally with its diverse ecosystem of one-tier, two-tier, and MSP partners. You will work with the regional teams to define targets, measure results, identify opportunities for improvement, and improve the partners’ “ease of doing business” with Barracuda to ensure a scalable and efficient channel business.
What you will be working on
- Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports to track partner performance, pipeline health, bookings, renewals, and forecast accuracy.
- Support periodic business reviews (QBRs, MBRs, other) with data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Assist in operational execution of channel programs, incentives, rebates, and MDF (Market Development Funds) tracking.
- Partner with sales operations to maintain pipeline integrity, validate opportunity data, and ensure CRM hygiene.
- Support key tools including CRM (Salesforce), PRM platforms, BI tools, and partner portals.
- Partner with Operations and IT to drive enhancements that improve partner experience and internal productivity.
- Maintain data quality across partner accounts, hierarchies, and revenue attribution.
- Work closely with Channel Sales, Finance, Marketing, RevOps, and Product teams to support go-to-market initiatives.
- Participate in forecasting cycles, quarterly planning, and KPI alignment.
- Support the communication of price lists, promotions, rebates to the partner community.
- Support the partner leveling process.
What you will bring to the role
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Channel Operations, or related functions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and measure program success.
- Experience designing and implementing measuring frameworks to evaluate channel health.
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce highly preferred).
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate data into actionable insights.
- Knowledge of how vendors, distributors, partners, and related marketplaces integrate to publish SKU catalogs and transact the business in the quote-to-cash process.
- Ability to support business process reengineering projects.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate data into actionable insights.
- Ability to lead without authority.
