Barracuda's 2026 Internship is reserved for students currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and does not require work authorization, now or in the future. This role is hybrid based out of Campbell, CA and required on site days Monday and Wednesdays.

We are seeking a driven, eager to learn Quality Engineering Practices Intern to join our Business Systems Team. As a QA Engineer Intern. We want someone who is a self-starter, passionate about technology, and excited to learn something new. 
  
  
 Tech Stack  
  • Salesforce Clouds: Sales, Service, Experience 
  • Automation: Flow Builder, Validation Rules 
  • Developer Fundamentals: Apex, LWC, SOQL (optional) 
  • Integrations: REST/SOAP basics, Postman (optional) 
  • Data Tools: Data Loader, Excel/Sheets 
  • DevOps: Change Sets, Git, Gearset/Copado (optional) 
  • Collaboration: Jira, Confluence, Slack 
  
  
What you'll be working on 
  • Perform QA Testing and Regression activities 
  • Participate in team meetings within the Agile sprint processes 
  • Troubleshoot access issues and permission set conflicts 
  • Support data integrity reviews and data loads (Data Loader, Import Wizard) 
  • Build and update reports & dashboards 
  • Document processes, fixes, and knowledge base updates 
  • Participate in weekly team syncs, platform enhancement discussions 
  
What you bring to the role 
  • Curiosity, willingness to learn and passion for Salesforce system. 
  • Strong Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 
  • Ability to work with a global team. 
  • Clear communication and customer first mindset. 
  • Technical interests in Automation, flows, Apex and integrations. 
  • Good understanding of the SDLC process.

The anticipated on-target earnings range for this role is $28 - $39 per hour in Campbell, CA. Actual compensation offered will be dependent upon the individual's education level, job type, and applicable employment laws.
