U.S. Content Coordinator
Description
- Create and maintain immigration processing outlines, communication templates, intake questionnaires, work flows, and other content used to support case processing for our external clients.
- Configure and maintain the content metadata within BAL’s proprietary software and other platforms.
- Conduct thorough research on industry-related topics to ensure accuracy and depth in content creation.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to validate the accuracy of information.
- Implement quality control processes to review and edit content for accuracy, clarity, and completeness, as well as grammar, style, and clarity.
- Offer ongoing support to users to maximize the utility of the knowledge base.
- Regularly communicate updates and improvements to the knowledge base to relevant stakeholders.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate knowledge management systems seamlessly.
- Assist with data mapping for knowledge document automation.
- Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Legal Studies, Technical Writing, English, International Studies, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in content coordination, content management, or a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in clear and concise language.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with document management systems and collaboration tools.
- Previous experience working in immigration/global mobility preferred.
- Able to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time.
- Able to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist and reach on a daily basis.
- Able to perform general office administrative activities: copying, filing, delivering and using the telephone.
- Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally.
- Regular and on-time attendance.
- Must be able to prioritize, schedule and complete testing required for multiple applications with overlapping schedules.
- A certain degree of creativity and flexibility is required.
- Hours may exceed 40 hours per week.
- Occasional travel by conventional means including aircraft, motor vehicle and the like within the region and to other locations as required.
