OVERVIEW:  The Client Relationship Analyst (CRA) will work closely with a Client Relationship Manager/Sr. Manager or Director (CRM/CRSM/CRD) in support of the day-to-day delivery of account management functions in collaboration with broader firm-wide resources. As part of a team, the CRA will help BAL and its clients with effective project and program management, structured problem solving, data gathering and analysis, advanced modeling, effective stakeholder engagement, and thoughtful change management.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES (Under the supervision of the Client Relationship Manager, Sr. Manager or Director):

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

  • Client Experience (CX): Always consider elevating client experiences within respective accounts. Assist in continuous improvement efforts to better serve our clients and their employees.
  • Program Delivery: Proactively engage and support in the management of several client accounts, keeping managers and above informed. Provide timely responses to client and internal requests. Responsible for attending internal/external meetings and gathering and distributing meeting notes. Assist in creating client-ready deliverables in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain effective relationships with clients and members of the CR team. Build internal relationships necessary to navigate BAL efficiently and effectively while embodying the OneBAL culture.  
  • Status, SLA, and Reporting: Execute and distribute administrative and/or client-specific program-level reporting, such as case volume and statistics, as well as reporting on customer satisfaction, SLAs, and KPIs. Analyze program-level reporting in consultation with CR Managers, Senior Managers and/or Directors, Account Leads, and/or Practice Support.
  • Project Management: Basic understanding of the project management lifecycle to assist in oversight and execution of project deliverables.
  • Knowledge/Training: Assist in developing client-specific content concerning client presentations, process flows, standard operating procedures, training decks, etc., while maintaining BAL and client branding guidelines and standards.
  • Insights: Remain informed on current local and national business and economic topics which may impact BAL, its clients or other key stakeholders.QUALIFICATIONS:


  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2+ years’ relevant and/or industry experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

WORKING CONDITIONS: Able to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time. Able to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist and reach on a daily basis. Able to perform general office administrative activities: copying, filing, delivering and using the telephone. Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally. Regular and on-time attendance. Must be able to prioritized, schedule and complete testing required for multiple applications with overlapping schedules. A certain degree of creativity and flexibility is required. Hours may exceed 40 hours per week. Occasional travel by conventional means including aircraft, motor vehicle and the like within the region and to other locations as required.
