OVERVIEW: 
The Sales Enablement team is responsible for providing the organization with the information, content, expertise and tools to help our people sell more effectively. The Sales Enablement Specialist will help to optimize all buyer interactions to build pipelines, relationships, opportunities and improve communication internally and externally. As a member of the Sale Enablement team, you will work closely with marketing to coordinate communications and enablement resources for our sellers.                       
                    

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:                    

  • Learn and apply the fundamentals of the business, target audiences and department goals.
  • Translatethat knowledge to help grow a successful sales enablement program and the firm’s pipeline.
  • Work closely across with all functions across the marketing team to understand their respective goals, strategies, and challenges.
  • Build effective relationships with business development focused attorneys across the firm.

Sales Enablement Content                   

  • Identify and prioritize our sales enablement content needs, mapping them to company priorities and delivering high-quality content through digital and physical platforms.
  • Regularly maintain and update sales enablement materials with feedback from the field while proactively identifying opportunities to improve existing content and develop new content initiatives.
  • Develop and package high-quality sales enablement materials, including sales playbooks, training materials, competitive intelligence, presentations and business knowledge resources.
  • Conduct research and gather information from internal and external sources to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
  • Research and prepare intel sheets for sales team prior to meetings and events.
  • Curate and package suitable collateral for delivery to Sales teams related to opportunities, events, etc.
  • Track and report on performance of sales content.         
  

Miscellaneous                

  • Serve as back up in collection and tracking of information into Salesforce, including sales intel, pipeline updates and opportunity progress.           
  

QUALIFICATIONS:              

  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in a sales enablement or sales support 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications or related major
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Salesforce CRM
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with project management software (such as Wrike or Asana) is a plus
  • Highly organized with superior attention to detail, natural curiosity and passion for excellence, process improvements and willingness and interest in learning new technologies
  • Proactive, resourceful and motivated
  • Team player, unifier, relationship-oriented, win-win seeker
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, marketing principles and customer engagement strategies.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data to drive         
              

WORKING CONDITIONS: Able to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time. Able to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist and reach on a daily basis. Able to perform general office administrative activities: copying, filing, delivering and using the telephone. Able to lift and move up to 25 pounds occasionally. Regular and on-time attendance. Must be able to prioritized, schedule and complete testing required for multiple applications with overlapping schedules. A certain degree of creativity and flexibility is required. Hours may exceed 40 hours per week. Occasional travel by conventional means including aircraft, motor vehicle and the like within the region and to other locations as required.
