As a Business Intelligence Solutions Architect, you will work as a consultative team member in our Professional Services organization. AtScale Solutions Architects function as the AtScale technical lead on post sales customer engagements to support the implementation of AtScale. Engaging with our customers technical and functional teams, you work collaboratively with them to successfully deploy AtScale and implement critical business use cases from development through to their production environment. You are an all-around player, also working closely with the AtScale sales team to identify other customer use cases suitable for AtScale.  You must have the technical depth to roll up your sleeves to work with platforms such as Databricks, GBQ and Snowflake; and the polish to represent AtScale with the utmost professionalism and serve as a trusted customer advisor.


  • Implement the AtScale platform in a customer environment 
  • Translate customer requirements to business outcomes via  multidimensional data modeling
  • Drive customer adoption through a highly collaborative engagement experience


  • Designing and architecting solutions with our customers, scoping new engagements and implementations both short and long term, and guiding the team during product implementations
  • Driving successful installations of the product, configuration, tuning, and performance
  • Resolving technical issues and advising the customer on AtScale best practices
  • Write and produce technical documentation
  • Lead and facilitate technical discovery and design workshops
  • Collaborating with internal teams (via Jira) to channel client feedback and solutions into future releases of the product
  • Providing updates to internal and customer stakeholders on implementation progress, product capabilities, risks and issues
  • Being meticulous about tracking and follow-through on customer commitments
  • Demonstrable organizational skills, with the ability to support and deliver to multiple customers concurrently

Experience and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or demonstrable work experience
  • 7+ years of customer facing consulting or professional services experience 
  • Ability to understand and translate customer requirements into technical requirements
  • Provide clear and detailed documentation of proposed architecture or solution
  • Effectively work with and communicate across all levels of an organization; system administrator to developer to architect to end users to the c-suite
  • Proven experience with multiple Tier 1 BI tools ( PowerBI, Tableau, Excel, SSAS, Looker)
