We are looking for:  

Advanced Systems Group LLC. is seeking a forward-thinking Social Growth Marketing Analyst who sits at the intersection of content distribution and optimization, data analytics, and artificial intelligence. This is not a traditional social media management role. You will be the architect of our client's social growth engine that informs their social strategy, leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to predict trends, drive increased  audience engagement, and optimize their presence across social platforms and App Stores. You should be obsessed with data, fluent in the latest AI technologies, and know how to convert social engagement into tangible growth.
 
This is a 3-month role with a strong possibility of extension.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Lead the AI adoption strategy: Scout, test, and implement the latest AI tools to revolutionize our social workflow.
  • Predictive Modeling & Simulation: Utilize AI bots and agents to simulate audience behaviors and predict the performance of campaign concepts before they go live.
  • Real-Time Trend Analysis: Identify and deploy AI-driven social listening tools to identify rising trends instantly and automate real-time content posting strategies to capture viral moments.
  • Close the Loop: Deeply analyze social performance data to uncover algorithmic patterns, behavioral trends, and "why" things work, not just "what" worked.
  • Strategic Refinement: Translate raw data into tactical recommendations that help optimize our social media roadmap across all platforms.
  • Reporting: Build dynamic dashboards that track growth metrics, engagement rates, and ROI, ensuring all decisions are backed by evidence. Review and manage monthly reports from agency partners. Identify ad hoc data pull needs and run analytics.
  • Cross-Channel Optimization: Analyze traffic flow from social channels to App Stores to identify drop-off points and conversion opportunities.
  • Data-Led ASO Strategy: Refine App Store creative assets (screenshots, videos) and copy based on social testing data and user sentiment analysis.
  • Implementation: Execute ASO experiments and implement changes to maximize organic installs and conversion rates.
  • Rigorous Testing: Establish the development, execution & analysis of the testing frameworks, including proposal and refinement of testing hypotheses, to inform the strategic and creative direction
  • Paid media campaigns: Oversee concepting, execution, and reporting on paid boosting campaigns in conjunction with agency support.  
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Act as the internal subject matter expert on all social platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging features.
  • Adaptability: Proactively propose new strategies to leverage new platform capabilities (e.g., new social algorithms, broadcast channels) the moment they are released.
  • Manage internal team operations, partnering with procurement, product, GTM, Legal, etc to streamline team operations and inbound creative requests.
  • Create internal inbound social request workflows. Own social attribution workflows (data pulls, refinements, etc). 
Required Qualifications & Experience:
  • Experience: 4-5+ years in Growth Marketing, Social Strategy, or Digital Performance Marketing.
  • AI Fluency: Demonstrated experience using AI tools for more than just copy (e.g., Using AI for data analysis, trend spotting, image generation, or audience simulation).
  • Social Media fluency: experienced and skillful in keeping up to date on the rapidly changing social media landscape-and what makes content ‘social media first’
  • Analytical Skills: Strong proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Sprinklr, Mixpanel, Tableau, and native platform insights like Meta Business Suite).
  • ASO Knowledge: Understanding of the mobile app ecosystem and factors that drive App Store rankings and conversion.
  • Mindset: You are a "mad scientist" of social marketing—you love running experiments, breaking things to see how they work, and trusting data over intuition.
 
Compensation & Benefits:
This full-time role offers a salary of $160,000-$180,000 depending on experience.
